Customer Service Team Engineer Manager
Sprechen Sie Deutsch? No? Well – don’t worry most of us don’t but our good buddy Josh does as he is a resident of Berlin, Germany. Josh is the Customer Service Team Engineer Manager who joined the ABS crew in 2006. He is a 2005 graduate of Tidewater Community College with an Associates of Science.
He is responsible for developing ABSs customer service engineering team and support processes and providing senior support to ABS clients. He holds a CCNA and CCNP Voice certificates as well as a variety of other specialties. His expertise is in voice over IP, general route switch, network monitoring and management.
When Josh is not behind a monitor he likes to read, camp, travel and play guitar. He is also a Foodbank volunteer.
